The Senior SEC Reporting Analyst participates in the preparation and filing of annual and quarterly financial statements, including 10-Q, 10-K, and Proxy filings. The role also manages stock compensation administration, technical accounting research, and supports SOX compliance efforts.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field and a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in SEC reporting. A CPA designation and Big 4 experience are preferred.

Position Summary Under the general direction of the Manager of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting, the Senior SEC Reporting Analyst participates in the preparation and filing of annual and quarterly financial statements, as well as other SEC filings. In addition, this role will have responsibilities in stock compensation administration, general ledger accounting, special projects, technical accounting research, internal control activities and compliance. Specific Responsibilities The Senior SEC Reporting Analyst will be responsible for performing complex financial, accounting and technical analysis. He/she performs accounting work of an advanced level requiring a comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). He/she must be able to adjust quickly to changing priorities, have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to interface with senior management, work well independently as well as in a team environment, communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing, detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and effectively manage critical deadlines.
