Own end-to-end pipeline generation through outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn. Architect and manage HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and data hygiene to optimize the sales funnel.
Requires at least 2 years of BDR/SDR experience with hands-on expertise in building HubSpot automations. Must be based in Maryland and proficient with outbound tools like Apollo, Clay, or Instantly.

We just closed our best month ever in April and we're entering hyper-growth — this is the inflection point, and we're hiring our A player team to get us to the next level.
The role: Own pipeline generation end-to-end. You'll prospect across calls, email, and LinkedIn. You'll also architect the HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and data hygiene that make prospecting efficient and repeatable. You're not just running sequences—you're building them, measuring them, and fixing what breaks. You'll report directly to the Head of GTM.
Outbound prospecting — calls, cold email, LinkedIn, creative channels. You pick up the phone as much as you craft sequences.
HubSpot workflows — lead routing, qualification sequences, follow-up logic, handoff to AE. You build these, not just execute them.
Lead scoring and segmentation — use data to identify high-fit accounts, not chase volume.
Pipeline hygiene — stage accuracy, clean data, enrichment (Apollo, Clay). You own what gets handed to sales.
Inbound lead triage and qualification — manage the funnel top, not just outbound.
Experimentation — test copy, targeting, timing. Iterate on what converts.
Ground truth — surface real prospect feedback to GTM and product.
MUST BE BASED IN MARYLAND
2+ years as BDR/SDR with hands-on HubSpot workflow experience (you've built automation, not just logged activities)
Comfort with the outbound stack — FullEnrich, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar
Data literacy — enrichment, segmentation, cohort analysis
Strong written communication and email copywriting instinct
High ownership — you thrive in ambiguity and self-direct
Genuine curiosity about AI, messaging, and early-stage sales motion
$120K OTE (60/40 base/variable), uncapped commission on sourced revenue
Direct mentorship from Head of GTM — front-row seat to building GTM from scratch
Real paths to grow: close deals, lead a team, or own larger GTM scope
