This role:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to come and join our growing Projects
team.
This will be someone who challenges what we do daily and thrives
working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines helping us build for
the future.
An idea of what you'll be doing:
· Act as the first point of contact for project and
fault call enquiries (during working hours) through all communication
channels..
· Log, prioritise and co-ordinate fault calls, ensuring
engineers and operational teams are deployed efficiently.
· Scheduling labour and supporting project plans,
liaising with subcontract partners, vehicles and equipment/materials across
multiple projects and reactive works.
· Apply for, track and manage permits including
streetworks permits, council permits and access permissions.
· Monitor permit conditions, dates and restrictions,
escalating risks or delays where required.
· Maintain accurate scheduling trackers and project
records using internal systems and software platforms.
· Arrange traffic management, access requirements and
supporting documentation for planned works.
· Support emergency and reactive works by arranging
rapid response resource and maintaining communication with clients and site
teams.
· Attend operational meetings and provide updates on
scheduling, permits, outstanding actions and resource planning.
· Communicate regularly with clients, local authorities
and subcontract partners regarding project progress and planned works.
· Assist with preparation and submission of project
completion documentation and reports.
· Raise purchase orders, track costs and support invoice
processing where required.

Requirements
You'll have a proven track record of:
· Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
· Strong understanding of permits, streetworks and
scheduling requirements.
· Excellent communication skills with internal and
external stakeholders.
· Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced
operational environment.
· Competent using Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint
and workflow management systems.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain
accurate records.
· Ability to build and maintain effective working
relationships.
· Understanding of SHEQ requirements and safe systems of
work.
You’ll be a successful Project Coordinator at Sinewave if
you’re …
· Experience working in a Project Co-Ordinator,
Scheduler or Planner role.
· Experience managing permits, fault calls and
scheduling activities.
· Experience within utilities, construction,
infrastructure or electrical environments preferred.
· Good understanding of local authority and streetworks
permit processes.
· Business Administration qualification or relevant
industry experience desirable.
· Experience liaising with operational teams, clients
and subcontract partners.
· Driving License desirable (maximum 3 points)
- Comply with all company
policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, including the
anti-bribery policy, while adhering to the Environmental and Quality
Management System in alignment with ISO standards and the requirements of
the NERS accreditation.
