The Operations Lead manages the daily performance of an imaging center, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient front office and clinical workflows. This role involves partnering with staff and providers to resolve real-time issues and maintain regulatory compliance.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in radiology or healthcare operations, with a preference for a degree in healthcare administration or business. Prior supervisory experience and familiarity with radiology systems like EXA, RIS, and EMR are strongly preferred.
At SimonMed, the Operations Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for the daily performance of an imaging center. This role ensures efficient workflows, strong patient access, and consistent execution across front office and clinical coordination functions.
Serving as the operational backbone of the site, this leader partners closely with staff, providers, and leadership to resolve issues in real time, improve processes, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
