Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, patient access, or medical office environments. Proficiency in computer systems, data entry, and strong communication skills are required, along with a high school diploma.

Our Patient Service Specialists play a critical role in facilitating the patient admission flow across our imaging centers. From greeting patients to verifying insurance and processing documentation, this role ensures each visit starts with clarity, efficiency, and care.
