In 2018, we leveled up—relocating to a stunning 10,000 square-foot space near the Las Vegas Convention Center with seating for 200 and a full bar. Bagelmania is a must-visit destination for both locals and tourists, blending tradition with innovation.
As the Kitchen Manager, you’ll be leading the team that’s responsible for creating unforgettable dining experiences. Not only will you be hands-on with delicious bagels and classic Jewish delicacies, but you’ll also get to showcase your leadership skills in a fun, fast-paced, and high-energy environment!
Head Chef Extraordinaire: Show your team how it’s done by demonstrating prep and plating techniques that’ll have customers coming back for more!
Master of Operations: Keep the kitchen running like a well-oiled machine by handling everything from scheduling and hiring to payroll and training.
Inventory Guru: You’ll be in charge of keeping the kitchen stocked with fresh ingredients and all the essentials.
Team Coach: Train, mentor, and lead your team with a positive, upbeat attitude that promotes growth and excitement.
Cleanliness Pro: Maintain top-notch health and sanitation standards so the kitchen sparkles as much as the food!

In 2018, longtime customer Stephen Siegel purchased and renamed it “Siegel’s Bagelmania.” Inspired by Los Angeles delis, Siegel created a 10,000 square-foot flagship location next to the Las Vegas Convention Center, featuring 200 seats, a private dining room, an outdoor patio, a full bar, and an extensive to-go deli and bakery. Bagelmania offers over 20 varieties of bagels, in-house whipped cream cheeses, fresh-baked breads, pastries, cookies, and Pinkbox Doughnuts. The menu includes all-day breakfast and lunch with favorites like Blintzes, Latkes, and Challah French Toast, as well as signature sandwiches and homemade soups. With its blend of tradition and innovation, Siegel’s Bagelmania continues to attract a loyal customer base, making it a beloved destination for both locals and visitors.
