The Operations Manager will oversee hiring pipelines, team culture, and project delivery planning. They are also responsible for driving outbound client outreach and supporting general business administration.
Candidates should have experience in operations or project coordination and be comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a startup environment. Strong communication skills and familiarity with tools like Notion or Jira are required.
