Conduct applied AI research to build and train models and infrastructure for agentic products. Develop agents that outperform those of large labs to serve customers primarily in the finance sector.
Requires a technical background in AI, Computer Science, Math, or Physics. Candidates must be highly smart, curious, and capable of continuous learning through hands-on experience.

We are looking for people who are very smart and curious. AI/CS background welcome of course, but not required.
For example, recent grads (or current undergrads willing to take time off school) from math/physics background.
The basic rationale is that using agents, you don't have to know a lot to be effective. But you do need to be curious and smart to keep learning from doing stuff and from agents.
We are very technical and our customers are mostly in finance, so a technical background is necessary.
