The agent is responsible for recording, analyzing, and processing incoming customer support requests and complaints via a ticket system. They collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Software Development teams to ensure high customer satisfaction across Europe.
Candidates should have initial experience in customer service, sales, or parcel logistics with a strong service mindset. Native proficiency in Dutch and fluency in written and spoken English are required.
