As a technical specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and advising our internal customers. You combine in-depth technical experience with an advising role towards the customer and a supporting and coaching role towards your peers. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure business operations.

The Challenge

• Translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with functional IT teams to deliver effective solutions
• Configure, build, integrate, and optimize processes within S/4HANA
• End responsible for the technical quality of custom SAP solutions
• Safeguarding architectural decisions, code standards and delivery within the development lifecycle
• Ensure seamless integration with peripheral systems
• Participate in the full IT development lifecycle: design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment
• Contribute to large and complex ERP projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business requirements
• Apply ITIL best practices to maintain and improve IT services and processes
• Facilitate business process design sessions and document processes using BPMN or similar methodologies
• Develop and implement improvements to strengthen IT process controls and system security
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Technical Consultant in ABAP development and support in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementation and configuration
• Experience in integration with other applications and external platforms (e.g. SAP BTP)
• Technical knowledge of ABAP on HANA, CDS, BRF+, RAP, Adobe Forms, BPA, Fiori and OData is a plus
• Understanding of IT development lifecycle methodologies and ITIL best practices
• Experience with process modeling (BPMN, EPC, BPEL)
• Proven experience working on complex enterprise or ERP projects
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to manage stakeholders and work both independently and in teams
• High customer orientation with excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Scrum is a plus
• Ability to work in a structured way while safeguarding quality
