Serve as the primary point of contact for guests by managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Provide professional assistance and information regarding hotel services and local attractions to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the US and possess effective English communication skills. Physical ability to perform desk duties and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.
