Join a structural steel contractor supporting the construction of a large-scale data center in Haskell, TX. This role provides hands-on safety leadership for structural steel erection and ironworker operations during a critical phase of the project.
The Construction Safety Manager will oversee safety for steel erection, crane and rigging operations, structural framing, bolting, welding, and elevated work while partnering closely with ironworkers, field supervision, and project leadership to ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently.
✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
✔ BCSP Credential (CHST, ASP, CSP, STSC, or equivalent)
✔ Current First Aid/CPR/AED Certification
✔ Structural steel safety oversight experience
✔ Ironworker or structural steel field experience

Success in this role requires maintaining strong oversight of steel erection, crane and rigging activities, elevated work, and fall protection while ensuring OSHA Subpart R compliance and helping the project team safely execute work in a fast-paced data center construction environment.
