The Sous Chef will direct daily culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production and a clean, organized kitchen environment. They are also responsible for managing sales budgets, staff training, and team development under the guidance of the Chef.
Candidates must have previous leadership experience in a full-service restaurant or bar and possess strong culinary production skills. The role requires an energetic, positive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to fostering an inclusive team culture.
