  • Shift between administrative responsibilities as business priorities and operational needs change.

Scheduling and Payroll Administration

  • Assist with employee scheduling and schedule updates.
  • Enter and maintain scheduling information in ADP Workforce Now.
  • Assist with payroll processing by reviewing timecards and identifying discrepancies.

  • Learn and follow established hotel administrative procedures.
  • Move efficiently between systems, reports, and assignments while maintaining accuracy.

Initiative and Process Improvement

  • Proactively identify work that needs attention without waiting for direction.
  • Follow up on incomplete or outstanding administrative items.
  • Adjust priorities and switch between responsibilities as operational needs change.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and administrative efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and standardized departmental procedures.
  • Communicate potential issues to leadership before they become operational concerns.
  • Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and consistently follow through.

  • Dependable, with exceptional follow-through and accountability.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, flexible, and productive in a changing operational environment.
