The Front Desk Agent is responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They also handle payment processing, cash management, and coordinate room status reports with the housekeeping department.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of customer service experience. Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency are required, with previous hotel experience considered a plus.
