The Engineer is responsible for the upkeep, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration, ice machines, and air handling units. They must also ensure guest satisfaction by handling complaints and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Applicants must have at least two years of experience, preferably in a hotel setting, with strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration and mechanical systems. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
