The Project Manager is responsible for generating leads through canvassing and storm outreach while inspecting properties and educating homeowners. They will manage roofing projects from start to finish, including writing contracts and collecting payments.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to carry a ladder. The role requires physical stamina to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift 50lbs, along with a self-starting, coachable attitude.
