Manage the full lifecycle of insurance-based construction estimates, from site inspection and scope development to adjuster negotiations. Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure accurate and timely claim approvals.
Requires 3-5+ years of construction estimating experience and a mandatory Xactimate Level 2 certification. Must possess strong negotiation skills for working with insurance adjusters and proficiency in Google Workspace.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Xactimate Estimator to join our headquarters team and play a key role in our continued growth.
As our Xactimate Estimator, you'll own the full lifecycle of insurance-based construction estimates— from initial site inspection and scope development to adjuster negotiations and final approval. You'll work closely with our project managers, field crews, and insurance carriers to ensure every claim is estimated accurately, professionally, and on time. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing company where your work directly drives revenue.
