Full-Time | W-2 | Draw Against Commission | Uncapped Earning Potential
Compensation Note: This is a W-2 draw against commission position. A guaranteed draw of $40,124.00 annually is provided while you build your pipeline. Commission rates are 35% on company-provided leads and 50% on self-generated leads. As your commission earnings grow, they offset and ultimately replace the draw — giving you a strong income floor while you work toward uncapped earning potential.

As a Project Manager at Shamrock, you are the face of the company to our customers. You will own the full sales and project lifecycle — from generating leads and conducting inspections to closing deals, managing projects, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
