Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
End-to-End Coordination:Manage the project lifecycle for artwork, repro, proofs, 3D renders, and mock-ups.
Workflow Tracking:Maintain Project and Job Status Trackers and conduct audits of completed jobs.
Timeline Oversight:Communicate key milestones and escalate any risks to the critical path timelines.
Volume Forecasting:Initiate artwork volume forecasts with stakeholders and communicate requirements to the Production Centre.
Quality Assurance:Lead quality investigations and review artwork rejection reasons to ensure excellence.
Briefing & Technical Support
Lead Briefing Meetings:Coordinate and lead Pre-Artwork meetings and distribute minutes and actions.
Information Management:Collate all necessary technical files and information to effectively brief the production center.
Technical Liaison:Coordinate advisory on print and technical feasibility with the Print Management and Operational teams.
Final Approval:Ensure all relevant client departments approve jobs before the release of final files.
Relationship & Process Management
Stakeholder Relations:Build and maintain positive relationships across the client’s supply chain as a trusted advisor.
Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies and recommend robust improvements to current working practices.
Professional Representation:Always represent Propelis professionally at all levels within the client organization.
Candidate Requirements
Experience & Skills
Professional Background:3–5 years of project or account management experience.
Industry Knowledge:Experience with FMCG brands and a strong understanding of print processes and packaging materials.
Software Proficiency:Skilled in Microsoft Office for data reporting; knowledge of Adobe products is preferred.
Core Competencies:Excellent organizational skills, the ability to negotiate, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
