Responsible for daily operations of the Taiwan cybersecurity lab and providing technical support for ICS/OT security assessments based on IEC 62443 standards. The role involves managing projects, conducting gap analyses, and providing compliance solutions for infrastructure and cloud security.
Requires practical experience with Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and familiarity with IEC 62443 or EU Cyber Resilience Act regulations. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or GICSP are highly preferred along with strong consulting and communication skills.

【主要職責】
1.網絡安全評估 - 根據 IEC 62443 系列標準，對工業控制系統 (ICS/OT) 進行評估、差距分析和測試。
2.合規性評估 - 支持客戶建立 OT 網絡安全管理系統，進行評估並驗證其是否符合國際標準和當地法規。
3.合規解決方案 - 提供建議以加強 ICS/OT 環境，涵蓋漏洞修復、風險管理、產品安全和供應鏈安全等領域。
4.項目管理與客戶參與 - 獨立或協作管理項目，包括規劃、執行評估、撰寫報告以及向客戶提供專業建議。
5.培訓與知識分享 - 舉辦網絡安全培訓課程、研討會和內部知識分享，以提升客戶和團隊的能力。

【加分條件】
1.熟悉 IEC 62443 系列標準（特別是 2-1、2-4、3-3、4-1、4-2）。
2.持有專業資安認證，如：CISSP、CISA、CEH、GICSP 或 ISA/IEC 62443 (CFS/RAS/CDS/CMS)。
3.具備工業控制系統 (ICS) 技術的實務經驗，包括 DCS、SCADA、PLC、HMI。
4.曾參與 EN 18031、IEC 62443、歐盟網路韌性法案 (CRA) 或其他相關法規之合規專案。
5.具備優秀的溝通與顧問能力，能將技術發現轉化為以商業價值為導向的建議。
