Onze business line Natural Resources - Oil, Gas & Chemicals voert haven gebonden inspecties, controles en analyses uit in de olie- en (petro)chemische industrie. De activiteiten bestaan voornamelijk uit het uitvoeren van kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve inspecties en analyses op een zeer breed scala vloeibare petroleum-/petrochemische producten.
Voor ons Chemie laboratorium in Spijkenisse zijn wij op zoek naar een Technical Manager / Sectieleider. Ben jij een ervaren sectieleider, of heb je ruime ervaring als analist en ben je toe aan de volgende stap? Dan maken wij graag kennis met jou!
Als Technical Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en begeleiden van ongeveer 15 analisten op ons Chemie laboratorium in Spijkenisse. Bij jou draait alles om de ondersteuning van de analisten en wat zij nodig hebben om hun werk veilig en correct uit te voeren. Je voert functioneringsgesprekken en bent betrokken bij het sollicitatieproces wanneer je een nieuwe collega gaat aannemen. Als leidinggevende ben je zichtbaar op de werkvloer; je werkt in dagdienst en niet vanuit huis.
Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende in een laboratorium of werkervaring als analist, en je hebt de ambitie om onze nieuwe sectieleider van het Chemie laboratorium in Spijkenisse te worden. Je beschikt over kennis van (Petro) chemische en fysische analyses en analysetechnieken, maar we hechten meer waarde aan jouw inzicht in processen dan aan je kennis van analyses. Je bent een people manager en omschrijft jezelf als een "leader by example", waarbij de nadruk ligt op het begeleiden van mensen en niet op machines.
