SGS France cherche à renforcer ses équipes de développement informatique pour ses activités inspection, laboratoire et l’accompagnement de ses fonctions support. Nous recherchons un responsable applicatif pour remplacer un collaborateur partant à la retraite.
Mission & périmètre
Pour ce poste nous recherchons un responsable applicatif qui travaillera principalement avec notre division OGC (Oil, Gas and Chemicals) et le département Finance. Il s’agira de maintenir et faire évoluer une dizaine d’applications qui peuvent être soit internes (majoritairement en C# .NET) ou bien externes (applications du groupe ou bien d’éditeurs tiers), auquel cas le travail consistera essentiellement à du paramétrage, de l’interaction avec les contacts techniques tiers et du développement en .NET d’interfaces d’échanges de données (web services, fichiers plats, bases SQL Server, transferts SFTP, connexion Sharepoint, etc..).
Le responsable applicatif sera intégré à une équipe d’une douzaine de personnes, dont 5 responsables applicatifs ayant chacun leur périmètre d’applications, et 7 développeurs. Les développeurs peuvent venir en support du responsable applicatif pour la réalisation de certains projets, en fonction des charges et priorités.
Le responsable applicatif sera sous l’autorité du responsable architecture et développements qui supervise l’ensemble des réalisations et intégrations des applications. A ce titre le responsable applicatif devra appliquer les patterns et normes de développement en vigueur dans l'équipe.
Le responsable applicatif devra assurer la maintenance en conditions opérationnelles, la qualité de service et la pérennité d’un portefeuille d’applications. Il en garantit le bon fonctionnement, supervise leur évolution, coordonne les acteurs techniques et fonctionnels, et veille au respect des engagements de service. A ce titre, il a 3 missions principales :
Maintenance en Condition Opérationnelle (MCO)
• Assurer la disponibilité, la stabilité et les performances des applications,
• Surveiller les alertes, indicateurs et logs, et piloter les actions de remédiation,
• Anticiper les risques, gérer la dette technique et proposer des plans d’amélioration continue,
• Maintenir à jour la documentation technique, fonctionnelle et d’exploitation.
Support Applicatif Niveau 3 (N3)
• Prendre en charge les incidents complexes non résolus par les N1/N2,
• Reproduire, analyser et diagnostiquer les anomalies applicatives,
• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des corrections (code, paramétrage, configuration).
Développement & évolutions
• Collaborer avec les Product Owners pour analyser les besoins métiers et à la priorisation du backlog,
• Développer les fonctionnalités, correctifs et évolutions des applications, conjointement avec un autre développeur si besoin,
• Respecter les standards de qualité, de sécurité et d’architecture applicative,
• Rédiger et exécuter les tests nécessaires à la validation des développements,
• Accompagner le Product Owner lors des phases de recette,
• Préparer les mises en production en coordination avec les équipes concernées,
• Assurer le suivi post‑déploiement pour garantir la performance et la stabilité des applications déployées.
De formation Bac +3 à Bac +5, vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans le développement d’applications .NET en C# (front-end et/ou back-end). Vous êtes intervenu sur le développement d’application Business complexes, en contact direct avec le client, les équipes métiers, les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques. Une première expérience dans le développement de sites en Blazor (avec framework CSS Bootstrap) serait appréciée.
En résumé, le profil idéal : à l'écoute du client, avoir le sens du service, être réactif, un bon relationnel. Savoir animer des ateliers de conception, savoir prioriser ses tâches, savoir gérer le stress lors des pics de charge. Avoir déjà de l'expérience .NET C# mais pas forcément expert, on sera là pour vous accompagner dans la prise du poste !
