Coordinate the scheduling of field workers and environmental consultants for project execution. Manage the procurement and maintenance of necessary materials and ensure timely return of samples and documentation.
Requires a minimum MBO 4 level of thinking and working with strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in planning or coordination is preferred but not mandatory.

Voor ons kantoor in Heeswijk-Dinther zoeken wij een Planner voor 32 tot 40 uur per week.
Als Planner binnen de afdeling Environmental Research ben jij de spil in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van onze projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze buitendienstmedewerkers, zoals veldwerkers en milieukundig begeleiders, efficiënt worden ingepland. Daarbij stem je af met projectleiders, projectmedewerkers en klanten. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat collega’s in de buitendienst beschikken over de juiste materialen en het juiste materieel. Je regelt de inkoop waar nodig, bewaakt dat materialen voldoen aan de gestelde eisen en houdt periodieke keuringen in de gaten.
Aan het einde van de werkdag zorg je dat de juiste gegevens, documenten en monsters op tijd retour komen. Zo kunnen analyses en rapportages zonder vertraging worden opgepakt. Ook schakel je met de commerciële afdeling om te beoordelen of nieuwe opdrachten goed passen binnen de planning en of de benodigde werkvoorbereiding op tijd geregeld kan worden.
Kortom, een dynamische rol met veel afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en contact met collega’s en klanten.
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die affiniteit heeft met plannen, coördineren en organiseren. Ervaring als planner, werkvoorbereider of coördinator is mooi meegenomen, maar geen harde eis. We leren je graag alles wat je moet weten over onze branche en onze werkwijze.

SGS Search helpt opdrachtgevers met onderzoek, advies en praktische oplossingen binnen de gebouwde omgeving. Binnen Environmental Research richten we ons onder andere op bodemonderzoeken en de begeleiding van bodemsaneringsprojecten. We werken zorgvuldig, praktisch en met oog voor kwaliteit. Daarnaast zijn we onderdeel van SGS, wereldwijd marktleider op het gebied van inspectie, controle, analyse en certificering. Dat betekent dat je werkt binnen een organisatie met veel specialistische kennis, maar wel in een team waar collega’s elkaar kennen en samen de schouders eronder zetten.
Als Planner kom je terecht in een betrokken team met collega’s uit de binnen en buitendienst. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat projecten goed worden voorbereid en soepel verlopen. Je werkt veel zelfstandig, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je schakelt dagelijks met projectleiders, projectmedewerkers, veldwerkers en milieukundig begeleiders.
