Manage key stages of the recruitment lifecycle and act as a process owner for assigned business lines across Europe. Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, maintaining ATS data, and improving recruitment operational effectiveness within the HR Shared Service Center.
Requires 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or coordination with fluency in English and another European language (German, Dutch, or Italian). Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential.
