SGSでは、日本法人のIT環境を安全かつ安定的に運用するとともに、Global・APAC ITが定めるガバナンスや標準に沿ったITサービスを提供することを大切にしています。本ポジションでは、日本法人（約300～400名のユーザー）のITマネージャーとして、IT運用、インフラ、情報セキュリティ、ITプロジェクトを統括していただきます。また、各部門とGlobal・APAC ITをつなぐBusiness Partnerとして、現場の課題やニーズを理解し、ITを通じた業務改善や最適なソリューションの提供を推進していただきます。日々の安定運用と継続的な改善、その両方を担いながら、日本法人のITサービスをリードする重要なポジションです。

■ ITサービスの運用・改善
約300～400名の社員が利用するIT環境の安定運用を担当します。
ITインフラ、サービスデスク、ネットワーク、エンドユーザー環境などを統括し、ITチームや外部ベンダーと連携しながら、サービス品質の維持・向上に取り組んでいただきます。また、日々の運用だけではなく、業務効率化やサービス品質向上に向けた改善活動もリードしていただきます。
■ ビジネス部門とのパートナーシップ
各事業部門やコーポレート部門とコミュニケーションを取りながら、業務上の課題やニーズを理解し、最適なITソリューションを提案・実現します。現場とGlobal・APAC ITをつなぐ窓口として、ビジネスに寄り添ったITサービスの提供を推進していただきます。
■ Global・APAC ITとの連携
Global・APAC ITと連携し、日本法人へのシステム導入や各種ITプロジェクトを推進します。海外メンバーとのミーティングやメールでのコミュニケーションを通じて、グローバル標準のITサービスを日本法人へ展開していただきます。
■ 情報セキュリティ・ITガバナンス
SGSグループの情報セキュリティポリシーやITガバナンスに基づき、安全で信頼性の高いIT環境を維持します。
ISO27001をはじめとする各種基準やコンプライアンス要件への対応、リスク管理、継続的な改善活動にも携わっていただきます。
■ チーム・ベンダーマネジメント
日本のITチームおよび外部ベンダーをマネジメントし、サービス品質の向上やリソースの最適化を推進します。メンバーの育成やベンダーとの協働を通じて、より良いITサービスの提供体制を構築していただきます。
■ ITプロジェクト・継続的改善
システム導入や業務改善、クラウドサービス活用など、さまざまなITプロジェクトを推進します。現場の課題を把握し、Global・APAC ITとも連携しながら、日本法人に最適なIT環境の実現に取り組んでいただきます。
