The professional is responsible for preparing comprehensive technical and economic tender offers for public and private selection processes in Colombia and Central America. This includes managing pre-contractual documents, terms of reference, and cost estimation for hydrocarbon-related projects.
Candidates must hold a professional degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering, with at least 4 years of specific experience in contract validation and tender participation. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and knowledge of hydrocarbon sector regulations are required.

Elaborar ofertas integrales, incluyendo las ofertas técnico-económicas en debida forma en Centroamerica y/o Colombia basadas en documentos precontractuales, términos de referencia y pliegos de condiciones y sus anexos, correspondientes a procesos de selección públicos y privados. Es el responsable de preparar y realizar propuestas que le sean asignadas de manera integral.
Formación académica: Profesional en Ingeniería, o carreras afines al sector en el que se va a desempeñar. (Preferible ingeniero químico).
Experiencia: 4 años de experiencia específica en revisión y validación de documentación y contratos; estructuración de ofertas económicas; participación en licitaciones públicas y privadas; elaboración de costos y presupuestos para proyectos y/o contratos relacionados con el área de calidad y cantidad de hidrocarburos, análisis físico - químicos de fluidos de producción en hidrocarburos.
Conocimientos técnicos: Elaboración de presupuestos, participación proyectos con actividades de calidad y cantidad en el sector de hidrocarburos, análisis físico - químico de fluidos en el sector de hidrocarburos, manejo del paquete de oficina MS Office, y buen manejo de excel. Normatividad legal en CAM y/o Colombia y gestión de contratos.
Salario básico + variable por licitaciones adjudicadas: $5.828.326 + comisiones
Horario: lunes a viernes de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm
