Leading business analysis across projects and workstreams
Organisational & Operating Model design, Operational Performance improvements
Eliciting, analysing, and defining clear business and user requirements
Mapping processes and identifying opportunities to improve how we operate
Running workshops and building strong stakeholder relationships
Working closely with architects, developers, and product teams
Platform delivery, deployment and business change
Supporting decision-making with well-evidenced options and recommendations
What you will need
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in delivery environments
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate clearly
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
A proactive mindset – comfortable challenging assumptions
