The Production Welder is responsible for assembling and welding products using established jigs and processes to meet quality standards. They must also inspect completed products and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Candidates should have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While welding experience is preferred, it is not required as training will be provided.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for assembling and welding products using established jigs and processes to meet Seven Peaks' quality standards. Junior Welders focus primarily on welding while working alongside the production trainer to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone motivated, eager to learn, and interested in building a long-term career in welding and manufacturing.
