The Director of Human Resources will manage a team responsible for employee relations, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and performance management. They will also oversee HRIS system records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and facilitate leadership training programs.
Candidates must have 8+ years of recent human resources experience and 3+ years of management experience. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with professional certifications such as SPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated, detail-oriented and highly-motivated to become an integral leader within C & B. Previous experience as an HR leader in multiple locations, 500+ employees and construction/manufacturing or like industries is preferred. SPHR/PHR and a Bachelor's degree.
