Set up, operate, and maintain a multi-function die cutting press to produce high-quality products meeting customer specifications. Perform routine maintenance, complete production documentation, and monitor quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or GED and previous experience operating die cutting or converting equipment. Must possess mechanical aptitude, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Die Cut Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain a multi-function die cutting press while producing high-quality products that meet customer specifications and production goals. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, and committed to quality and teamwork.
