The coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for families, managing client admissions, onboarding, and ongoing relationship maintenance. They also collaborate with the scheduling manager to match caregivers with clients and engage in community outreach to build referral partnerships.
The ideal candidate is a compassionate, organized, and professional individual with strong communication skills and a sales-minded approach. While specific experience in home care or healthcare is preferred, it is not required as the company provides training for the right candidate.

We're looking for a caring, confident, and relationship-driven professional to become the first point of contact for families seeking home care. You'll listen with compassion, build trust, educate families about our services, and guide them through one of the most important decisions they'll ever make.
You'll also serve as the bridge between our clients and care giving team, working closely with our Scheduling Manager to ensure every client is thoughtfully matched with the caregiver who best fits their care needs, personality, preferences, and schedule. Together, you'll create successful, long-lasting client-caregiver relationships that lead to exceptional care and an outstanding client experience from day one.
This is much more than an office position. It's a unique opportunity that combines client care, consultative sales, business development, marketing, and community outreach. You'll confidently represent Senior Helpers to families, healthcare professionals, and referral partners while helping grow a locally owned business that is making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families.
This position begins part-time, with a clear path to full-time employment and future leadership opportunities as our agency continues to grow.
Every day is different. One moment you'll be helping a family find the care they desperately need, and the next you'll be building relationships with healthcare professionals or working alongside our Scheduling Manager to create the perfect caregiver match and schedules.
As the first point of contact for prospective clients and families, you'll:

Families don't choose when they'll need care.
While this is primarily a weekday position, you'll be expected to field new client calls and inquiries over the weekend. Prompt responses often make a tremendous difference for families facing urgent care situations, and your responsiveness ensures they receive the guidance and support they need when they need it most.

Experience in one or more of the following:
Within your first six months, you'll confidently manage new client inquiries, build trusted relationships with families, coordinate successful client starts, partner seamlessly with our Scheduling Manager to create exceptional caregiver matches, and develop strong relationships with referral sources throughout the community.
Your ability to provide an outstanding first impression, represent Senior Helpers professionally, and help families feel confident in their decision will directly contribute to our continued growth and our mission of delivering exceptional care.
