The Finance Specialist manages daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and cash activity. They also support grant funding requirements and ensure audit readiness through accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Candidates should have an associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (bachelor's preferred) and at least two years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Sage Intacct or similar accounting software and a strong understanding of internal controls are desired.

What You'll Do
The Finance Specialist supports the day-to-day financial operations of Selah Freedom by ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining compliance with internal controls, and supporting grant and program funding requirements. This role works closely with the Finance Director, Grants team, and program departments to ensure fiscal accuracy, audit readiness, and timely completion of financial obligations.
