Own the full lifecycle of commercial and U.S. Government contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and administering agreements. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual compliance and build scalable contracting processes for a growing startup.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience managing U.S. Government contracts, specifically within a software business. Must have strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and the ability to obtain a TS security clearance.

You will partner closely with Growth, Legal, Engineering, Finance, Security, and Program Management to negotiate, execute, and manage the agreements that enable us to deliver cutting-edge modeling and simulation software to commercial and defense customers.

As a Contracts Manager, you'll play a critical role in enabling Sedaro's growth by owning the end-to-end management of our commercial and U.S. Government contracts. You'll partner closely with Legal, Growth, Operations, Engineering, and Program Management to negotiate agreements, ensure contractual compliance, mitigate risk, and continuously improve our contracting processes. As the company's primary contracts expert, you'll help build scalable systems that support our customers, our teams, and our long-term success.
