The Field Training Officer is responsible for onboarding, coaching, and certifying security personnel across multiple data center sites. They ensure operational compliance through training audits and collaborate with leadership to identify development needs.
Candidates must be fluent in English and Norwegian, possess a valid driver's license, and be willing to relocate to Western Norway. Experience in security, data center operations, or a pedagogical background is highly preferred.

Securitas is seeking a Field Training Officer (FTO) to support one of the world's leading data center organizations.
As a Field Training Officer, you will serve as the primary training resource for security personnel across multiple sites. You will be responsible for onboarding, training, coaching, assessing, and developing security officers while ensuring compliance with operational and client-specific requirements.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong communication skills, a passion for developing others, and the ability to build engagement while maintaining strict adherence to procedures and standards.
You will work closely with site leadership, regional stakeholders, and training teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality training experience across the organization.
Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00, although some flexibility may be required.
