The Scheduling Administrator is responsible for accurately rostering employees and ensuring full coverage across all sites. They will also act as a primary point of contact for workforce queries and maintain accurate data within the WFM system.
Candidates should possess strong IT skills, particularly with MS Packages, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and time management abilities. A 5-year checkable employment history and the right to work in the UK are mandatory requirements.

As a Scheduling Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping everything on track, ensuring shifts are filled, schedules are accurate, and our people are where they need to be. Working closely with the wider WFM team, you’ll balance business needs, client requirements, and employee availability to support seamless service delivery. From managing last-minute changes to maintaining accurate data, your work will help ensure we deliver consistently high standards across the business on all our sites.
