The operator is responsible for real-time surveillance of security systems, detecting anomalies, and responding to alarms. They also coordinate with mobile teams and maintain professional communication with clients and partners.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in security or video surveillance and be proficient in both French and English (B2 minimum). The role requires flexibility for irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.

En qualité d'Opérateur en vidéosurveillance vous êtes en charge de :
Surveillance en temps réel : contrôler en continu les systèmes de sécurité, détecter toute anomalie et réagir rapidement aux alarmes en appliquant les consignes établies.
Analyse et suivi des procédures : exploiter les images et outils vidéo pour confirmer les alertes, rédiger des rapports précis et veiller au respect des protocoles.
Coordination interne : collaborer étroitement avec les équipes mobiles et les autres services de Protectas pour assurer une intervention efficace.
Relation client et hotlines : assurer une communication claire et professionnelle avec les clients et partenaires, en apportant un suivi réactif et fiable.
