Responsible for detailing and servicing social catering opportunities, specifically weddings and in-house events, to exceed guest satisfaction. The role involves maximizing revenue through upselling and coordinating with operational partners via BEOs and Group Resumes.
Requires previous hotel or event experience with a strong focus on weddings. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Responsible for detailing and servicing Social Catering opportunities, including Weddings, Inhouse Events, and others as Directed by the DOC with support from the DOSM. Manage experiences to exceed guest satisfaction for every event every time. Achieve personal and team financial goals through upselling pricing on season and/or demand, and building relationships for repeat business when applicable. Showcase and promote all outlets and hotel features to all previous, current and potential clients.
