Manage the full recruitment cycle from writing vacancies and screening CVs to conducting interviews and making offers. Provide additional support for HR administrative tasks and personnel file management.
Requires an MBO level of thinking and working, preferably in HRM, with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. Must be fluent in Dutch and English and available for 24 to 32 hours per week.

Als parttime Recruiter heb jij de regie over het hele recruitmentproces: van vacature tot en met een mooi aanbod. Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek komen. Jij begrijpt dat de juiste match verder gaat dan het cv en zoekt naar mensen die écht bij Seabourne Logistics passen.

Wat ga je doen?
Aantrekkelijke vacatureteksten schrijven en deze plaatsen op verschillende wervingsplatformen;
CV’s en motivatiebrieven screenen;
Inplannen van sollicitatiegesprekken (op locatie, telefonisch of via video);
Onderhouden van contact met kandidaten gedurende het gehele recruitmentproces;
Recruitment events, banenmarkten- en beurzen organiseren / bijwonen;
Het ondersteunen bij HR-taken, zoals het verwerken van personeelsmutaties, het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers en andere administratieve werkzaamheden.
Wie zoeken wij?
MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM;
Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
Je bent minimaal 24 tot maximaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar;
Je communiceert duidelijk, werkt zelfstandig en zoekt graag de samenwerking op;
Kennis van Tellent Recruitee is een pré;
Volledige beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
Wat bieden wij jou?
Een salaris tussen de € 3500,- en € 4000,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring;
24 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
Reiskostenvergoeding indien je meer dan 10 km van de standplaats woont;
