The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between Sales, Procurement, and Data Analytics to analyze customer requests and create profitable pricing proposals. Additionally, the role involves supporting data-driven decision-making and exploring AI and data engineering solutions to optimize operational processes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Logistics and possess strong skills in SQL and MS Office tools like Power BI. Experience in pricing, business analysis, or controlling is considered a plus, along with fluency in both Dutch and English.

Als Business Analyst Pricing & Data ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen Sales, Inkoop en Data Analytics. Je analyseert onze klantaanvragen en stelt rendabele offertes op. Je verdiept je in processen, gebruikersbehoeften en operationele uitdagingen en vertaalt ze naar oplossingen. Hiernaast ondersteun je bij data-analyses en onderzoek je de inzet van AI en data-oplossingen ter verbetering van processen en besluitvorming.

Wat ga je doen?
Klantprofielen en businesscases beoordelen;
Offertes en prijsvoorstellen opstellen en toezien op hun rentabiliteit en marktconformiteit;
Zorgdragen voor sluitende tarieven, voorwaarden en kostprijscomponenten in overleg met Inkoop;
De Business Analysts ondersteunen bij analyses en stuurinformatie;
Data vertalen naar concrete inzichten voor het managementteam en de afdelingsmanagers;
Trends en verbeterpunten signaleren en jezelf verdiepen in data-engineering en databronnen.
Wie zoeken wij?
Afgeronde HBO opleiding richting bedrijfskunde, economie of logistiek;
Fulltime beschikbaar (40 uur per week);
Goede kennis en beheersing van diverse systemen (SQL) en het MS-office pakket o.a. Power BI pakket of vergelijkbare tools;
Affiniteit met de logistieke sector en AI, data engineering en procesverbetering;
Ervaring met pricing, business analyses of controlling is een pré;
Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
Wat bieden wij jou?
Een salaris tussen de € 3.100,- en € 4.000,- bruto per maand op basis van een fulltime dienstverband, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring;
24 vakantiedagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
Reiskostenvergoeding indien je meer dan 10 km van de standplaats woont;
Ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden binnen de Seabourne Academy;
