The Conference Services Assistant is responsible for providing a high-quality experience for clients by managing room setups, food service, and event displays. They are also tasked with the clean-up and break-down of events while maintaining a professional presence.
Candidates must have at least two years of hospitality or customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. The role requires the ability to lift 30 pounds and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We are looking for dedicated, high-energy candidates who have catering, hospitality, or event services experience. The Conference Services Assistant is a hands-on, frontline person responsible for providing a high-quality experience for our clients attending events at our state-of-the art facility. Duties include room sets, food service and display, and clean-up and break-down of events. This position requires a flexible schedule, as we host events during the business day, as well as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The starting hourly rate is $16. Salary offer may be higher based on candidate’s experience.
