M+ is a museum dedicated to collecting, exhibiting, and interpreting visual art, design and architecture, moving image, and Hong Kong visual culture of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries. Located in Hong Kong’s WestK, we are one of the leading museums of modern and contemporary visual culture in the world. The museum reflects our unique time and place, building on Hong Kong’s historic balance of the local and the international to define a distinctive and innovative voice for Asia’s twenty-first century.
You will be responsible for:
providing support in annual corporate and business planning process with presentation materials preparation;
assisting information gathering and consolidation through communicating with different departments;
assisting in conducting business analysis and market research;
assisting in monitoring project budget spending, status tracking, preparation of monthly management reports and required materials;
assisting in the preparation of procurement and managing invoices settlement, creating and maintaining information and system records as well as keeping a proper filing of documentation;
providing a full range of team administration support including but not limited to meeting coordination, filing and documentation update, travel and training plan arrangements, etc;
supporting other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor when required; and
performing any duties from time to time as reasonably as assigned by M+.
You should:
possess a recognised diploma or university degree or equivalent in any disciplines;
have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in providing support on data analysis, consolidation, market research, dashboard and presentation materials preparation;
possess relevant experience in administration and reporting works;
have good analytical skills in both numbers and information will be an advantage
be a team player with good interpersonal and communications skills;
be energetic, willing to learn and able to work as a team; and
be proficient in MS Office, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
