Provides exemplary customer service to families following a loss and coordinates funeral arrangements with directors and managers. Responsibilities include scheduling services, managing documentation, and assisting with the physical setup of funeral events.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in a clerical or customer service role. A valid driver's license and the ability to work non-standard hours, including weekends, are mandatory.
