The Landscape Crew Member assists the Crew Leader in executing landscape enhancement and maintenance plans, including planting, trimming, and hardscape installation. They are also responsible for operating various landscaping equipment and performing snow removal during winter months.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work in adverse weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, or snow. A valid driver's license is preferred, and the ability to pass a drug and alcohol test is required.

A Landscape Crew Member is responsible for assisting the Landscape Crew Leader in executing landscape plans. Some Landscape Crew Members may specialize in either enhancement or maintenance work, but all Landscape Crew Members should be willing and able to perform either enhancement or maintenance work at the discretion of their supervisor. All employees are expected to carry out the company’s purpose and demonstrate our core values.
As a Landscape Crew Member you must be able to perform the following essential functions of the job:
As a Landscape Crew Member, you will need to following job skills and personal characteristics:
Valid driver’s license is preferred, with acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standard
Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently
High school diploma or GED, preferred
Ability to operate the equipment listed above, in addition to other commonly used landscaping equipment

Employees performing this job should be able and willing to drive or travel locally if needed. Schedules for this position may vary and may require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities. This position will require working outdoors in various weather conditions including rain, snow, sun, extreme cold, or heat.
