Assist the Research Manager in collecting information, maintaining databases, and drafting actionable reports. Conduct in-depth data analysis and design surveys to meet client expectations within the property market.
Requires a bachelor's degree in economics, finance, administration, or urban planning with at least one year of experience. Must be proficient in English and possess strong analytical, communication, and MS Office skills.

Education / Học vấn
Formal undergraduation in economics, finance, administration, and urban planning / Tốt nghiệp đại học chính quy các ngành kinh tế, tài chính, quản trị và quy hoạch đô thị.
Communication skills / Kỹ năng giao tiếp
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers / Kỹ năng xã hội, đàm phán, giao tiếp tốt để làm việc với đồng nghiệp và khách hàng.
PC skills / Tin học văn phòng
The ability to work with IT resources such as databases and spreadsheets, for the collection and management of information / Có khả năng làm việc với nguồn dữ liệu công nghệ như cơ sở dữ liệu và bảng tính để thu thập và quản lý thông tin.
Experience / Kinh nghiệm
