The Industrialization Engineer is responsible for transferring Flow Kit products into robust, GMP-compliant production solutions. This includes managing process risks, executing validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), and defining manufacturing parameters to ensure scalable and repeatable execution.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Engineering or Life Sciences with over 3 years of experience in product development or industrialization within regulated environments. Proficiency in GMP, PFMEA, and fluent English communication skills are required.
The Industrialization Engineer Flow Kits contributes to the industrialization and transfer readiness of Flow Kit products by executing defined technical work packages and coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure products are translated into robust, manufacturable, validated and GMP-compliant production solutions at defined release milestones.
