The Team Lead Production is responsible for overseeing daily production operations and managing the production team to ensure efficiency. They must maintain quality standards and ensure that production targets are met within the facility.
The role requires proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment with strong leadership capabilities. Candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage team performance effectively.
Lead and support a team of production specialists to achieve daily production objectives
Align production resources with daily production plans to ensure efficient operations
Provide constructive feedback to production staff and implement corrective actions when required
Monitor production plans and ensure their successful fulfillment within defined timelines and quality standards
Oversee the timely maintenance and repair of production equipment to minimize downtime
Ensure production activities consistently meet established quality requirements
Degree in Engineering or a comparable qualification within a relevant technical environment
Additional specialist qualification and leadership certification
Proven experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to balance clear direction and mindful people management
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
