What You’ll Do

Customer Experience

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building relationships, providing product knowledge, and creating a welcoming environment.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage repairs, special orders, and appointments, keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Store Operations

• Maintain the appearance of the showroom and support visual merchandising.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to the Product Manager.
• Assist with daily operational tasks such as scheduling appointments, tracking shipments, filing paperwork, and customer outreach.
• Support marketing initiatives and other store projects as needed.
• Serve as the Manager on Duty, confidently leading the store and supporting the team in the absence of the Store Manager while ensuring an exceptional customer and team experience.

Leadership

• Lead by example with a positive attitude, professionalism, and accountability.
• Coach and support team members while helping maintain a positive team culture.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members, assuming positive intent.
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and take initiative to solve problems.

Organization & Administration

• Maintain accurate customer, repair, and sales records in company systems.
• Keep documentation organized and up to date.
• Ensure clear and timely communication with customers and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of leadership in a retail environment or related experience. Luxury or fine jewelry experience is a plus 
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Ability to set clear expectations to hold self and others accountable 
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with all customers
• Flexible and able to quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment 
• Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Self-starter who proactively seeks out projects 
• Able to create a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration
• Works a regular schedule with requests off conducive to traffic levels, season, and fair to hourly expectations (Weekend and holiday availability is required)
