Riddle’s Group, Inc. is seeking a talented, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Goldsmith/Bench Jeweler in our Jamestown, North Dakota store. This position offers outstanding opportunities for growth and provides a unique career path into the jewelry industry.

Whether you are an experienced bench jeweler or someone looking to begin a new career, we provide all of the training and support needed to become a successful member of our team. Our Goldsmiths work in a well-equipped shop area located within the retail jewelry store and are supported by service centers throughout the company, a modern manufacturing facility in Rapid City, South Dakota, and the Riddle’s Goldsmith Training Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

Training will be provided for the following duties:

• Precise and timely completion of jewelry repairs and custom work

• Ring sizing

• Re-tipping

• Head and stone setting

• Rebuilding channels

• Soldering wedding sets together

• Chain repair and soldering

• Bracelet repair

• Working with precious metals and gemstones

• Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• No jewelry experience required – we will train the right candidate

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

• Ability to work with small components and tools

• Strong organizational skills and dependability

• Desire to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous bench jewelry experience is welcomed but not required

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Some evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
