Als Expert FM & HVAC bist du fachlich für die Systeme & Methoden der FBC BLU DS IuS Facility, HVAC, Disposition & Warehouse Einheit verantwortlich, sofern Gebäude und Lüftungsanlagen betroffen sind. Unter Systeme & Methoden werden alle Dokumente, Programme und Arbeitsweisen sowie Kostenstellen verstanden, die für den operativen Betrieb der Einheit genutzt werden. Ziel ist es, den Betrieb unserer Wirkstoffbetriebe sicherzustellen, die zur Herstellung lebensrettender Medikamente benötigt werden. Bereit loszulegen?
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
Du bist fachlich für sämtliche Systeme & Methoden innerhalb der FBC BLU DS IuS für den Bereich FM & HVAC verantwortlich. Dazu gehört insbesondere:
Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von gesetzlichen und firmeninternen Arbeitssicherheitsrichtlinien zur Vermeidung von Arbeitsunfällen und Berufserkrankungen im entsprechenden Verantwortungsbereich. Hierzu gehört die regelmäßige Kommunikation von Arbeitssicherheitsthemen sowie die Durchführung von Arbeitssicherheitsschulungen auf Basis der Gefährdungsbeurteilung.
Verantwortlich für die Implementierung sämtlicher globalen Sanofi Standards bzw. gesetzliche Regelwerke, sowie Normen im entsprechenden Verantwortungsbereich.
Verantwortlich für die Erstellung bzw. Pflege von Systemen bzw. Methoden, wie zum Beispiel SOPs, Wartungspläne, Betriebsanweisung, Kostenstellen, Trainingspläne und Schulungen im entsprechenden Verantwortungsbereich.
Verantwortlich für die Abarbeitung bzw. Umsetzung von korrektiven und präventiven Maßnahmen (CAPA) sowie technischen Meldungen (TM) im entsprechenden Verantwortungsbereich.
Verantwortlich für kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen im entsprechenden Verantwortungsbereich.
Leitung von Projekten bzw. Teilprojekten im entsprechenden Verantwortungsbereich.
Erfahrung:
Mindestens 3 Jahren einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Gebäudetechnik, Lüftungstechnik, o. ä. und idealerweise in regulierten Branchen wie Pharma, Medizintechnik oder verwandten Industrien. Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Lean-Management-Prinzipien und Prozessoptimierung. Internationale Projekterfahrung mit praktischer Tätigkeit.
Ausbildung:
Hochschulabschluss, Level: Diplom/Master in den Fachrichtungen: Verfahrenstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Lüftungstechnik, o. ä.
Soziale Kompetenzen und technische Fähigkeiten:
Die Position beinhaltet transversale Führungserfahrung. Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln mit nachweislichen Erfolgen in der Kostenoptimierung und Prozessverbesserung. Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denkvermögen. Koordinations- und Kommunikationsstärke für standortübergreifende und internationale Zusammenarbeit.

The salary range for this position is :€79.104,00 - €105.472Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
