The Wellness Advisor drives sales, brand awareness, and customer acquisition for Saje Natural Wellness at Ulta locations. This includes educating both consumers and store employees on product benefits and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Candidates should have consumer-facing sales experience in multi-branded retailers like Sephora or Ulta with a proven track record of results. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, along with a passion for wellness, is required.

Reporting to the Field Sales & Education Manager, the Wellness Advisor drives sales, education and brand awareness at Ulta locations in the US.
This sales and education role will introduce consumers to Saje Natural Wellness through recruitment and education on the benefits of Saje Products. This role will also educate and create strong partnerships with the employees at Ulta.
All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
At Saje, we understand that joining a team is an important decision to make. The base hourly rate for this position is from $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Base pay is dependent on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
