Sailor Health is the health and wellness platform for aging, built specifically for older adults. Through personalized counseling and dedicated care teams, we help older adults navigate life's challenges with more ease and peace of mind — delivering Medicare-covered therapy to seniors navigating grief, loss, isolation, and the transitions that come with aging, through a practice designed specifically around their needs and yours.
Only 4% of older adults with depression ever receive therapy. Not because they don't need it, but because the system wasn't built for them. We're changing that — and we're looking for clinicians who feel the same urgency we do.
We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there. Tailor your workload to fit your life.
You're never on your own. Every Sailor clinician has a dedicated clinical lead for ongoing guidance, case consultation, and peer support — plus a real-time admin team available when you need them. Our providers consistently say it's the most supported they've ever felt in a telehealth role.
We fill your schedule. Give us your availability and we match you with older adults who are a strong fit for your approach. No marketing yourself, no chasing referrals. Most clinicians reach a full caseload within weeks.
Flexible scheduling. Set your own hours across 7 days a week. No on-call responsibilities. No evenings required.
Work from home. 100% remote position with modern, easy-to-use telehealth platforms and an AI-powered documentation assistant that reduces your note time so you can focus on patients — not paperwork.
Investment in your growth. Access free CEUs, geriatric-focused training, and regular supervision with experienced clinical directors who treat your development as part of the job — not an afterthought.
Comprehensive benefits. Clinicians receive competitive per-session rates. 1099 clinicians receive this as full cash compensation. W2 clinicians working 25+ hours per week are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) with up to 3.5% employer matching.
As a licensed clinical psychologist at Sailor Health, you will:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
You chose older adults — you didn't default to them. You find meaning in working with patients through grief, life transitions, and late-life challenges. Whether you're later in your own career or have built your practice around this population, you want to be part of a real team — not a solo practitioner handed a login and wished luck.
Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
Active, independent license to practice psychology in Nevada
Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
